Recruitment timeline
Application
Your CV and application is reviewed by our relevant hiring manager and HR team, whichever recruitment channel you come through.
Interview process
(Department and HR interview)
After we’ve reviewed your application, we may invite you to an interview. During this, people from the relevant department will assess the skills, knowledge and expertise you can bring to the role and to Sucden Financial. Our HR team will consider how well they think you would fit with our company’s culture and conduct.
Evaluating your expertise
Depending on your role, we will ask you to complete tasks to help us evaluate your expertise in your chosen area. For example, if you were applying to work in our front office, we would ask you to complete a compliance case study.

Before you join
After you’ve accepted our offer, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork to start your on-boarding process, ahead of your first day.
