Interview and recruitment timeline
Helping you with the recruitment process
At Sucden Financial, we look for confident, highly motivated, well-rounded individuals, who work with enthusiasm and commitment in a team environment.
If you are applying for a job with us, here are some tips to help you:
- Take your time to research and understand our company and business offering.
- Familiarise yourself with the job role – we are interested in the knowledge and skills you can bring.
- What personal skills and knowledge are you looking to improve and develop?
Your CV and application is reviewed by our relevant hiring manager and HR team, whichever recruitment channel you come through.
(Department and HR interview)
After we’ve reviewed your application, we may invite you to an interview. During this, people from the relevant department will assess the skills, knowledge and expertise you can bring to the role and to Sucden Financial. Our HR team will consider how well they think you would fit with our company’s culture and conduct.
Evaluating your expertise
Depending on your role, we will ask you to complete tasks to help us evaluate your expertise in your chosen area. For example, if you were applying to work in our front office, we would ask you to complete a compliance case study.
We understand you will have your own plans to make, so we’ll let you know the outcome as soon as possible.
Before you join
After you’ve accepted our offer, you will need to complete the necessary paperwork to start your on-boarding process, ahead of your first day.
