They ensure we comply fully with all relevant regulations, and provide a reliable, trustworthy, transparent and consistent service for our clients and other stakeholders.
Our people are central to the ongoing success of our business. We commit to providing a safe working environment, and ensuring our staff and all the people we interact with are treated with dignity and respect.
We recruit highly motivated people who work with enthusiasm and commitment, and we expect all employees to work to high standards of integrity and ethical behaviour. In return we provide our staff with a variety of benefits to help them maintain a healthy lifestyle and work-life balance.
We support good causes and the welfare of our wider community with several fundraising initiatives throughout the year. Every year, our employees choose two charities to benefit from our fundraising efforts, and the company supports staff with various national fundraising days in the office. As a whole, the Sucden Group donated over $1.9 million to charities and good causes in 2018.
Although our activities are primarily office-based, we understand we can still play a role in protecting the environment. We know small changes can collectively make a big difference. Whether it is minimising wastage and single-use plastics in the office, investing in lower energy systems, or digitising workflows, we look to continually improve our efficiency and minimise our environmental impact.
