NY 2nd Month Sugar Futures

NY Sugar 06112026

NY sugar futures edged higher on Thursday as tentative buying interest following the recent sell-off saw prices close at 18.01. Futures rebounded after testing the area around 17.75, but remained well below the 10 DMA at 18.57 and the 40 DMA at 19.07. The break below both short-term averages confirms a marked deterioration in the technical structure following the rejection from above 20.00. Prices remain above the rising 100 DMA at 17.61, which is now the critical support protecting the broader upward trend.

The stochastics remain deeply oversold, although %K has crossed above %D at 10.68/5.52. This bullish crossover suggests that the recent selling momentum is beginning to moderate and could support further stabilisation. However, the MACD diff is negative and diverging at -0.2125, with the MACD line at -0.2880 below the signal line at -0.0756, confirming persistent selling pressure and leaving the recovery without broader momentum support.

Lnd 2nd Month Sugar Futures

Lnd Sugar 06112026

Lnd sugar futures edged higher on Thursday as buying interest around the recent lows saw prices close at 518.20. Futures recovered after testing the area around 510, but remained below the 10 DMA at 530.32 and well beneath the 40 DMA at 538.68. The market’s position below both averages confirms the weaker short-term structure following the correction from the October high near 575. Prices remain above the rising 100 DMA at 507.26, which now provides the principal support protecting the broader upward trend.

The stochastics remain in oversold territory, although %K has crossed above %D at 16.77/12.15. This bullish crossover signals that selling momentum may be beginning to stabilise and could support a limited recovery. Conversely, the MACD diff is negative and diverging at -5.2215, with the MACD line at -5.5567 below the signal line at -0.3352, highlighting continued selling pressure and maintaining the weaker underlying outlook.

NY  2nd Month Coffee Futures

NY Coffee 06112026

NY coffee futures fell further on Thursday as continued selling pressure pushed prices down to close at 269.25. Futures remained well below the 10 DMA at 278.48 and the 40 DMA at 282.34, while the 100 DMA at 297.93 continues to provide more substantial resistance. The bearish alignment below all three moving averages confirms the weaker technical structure, with the sequence of lower highs and lower lows extending from the early-October peak around 305. Prices are now testing support around 270, close to the September low.

The stochastics are falling in deeply oversold territory, with %K/%D at 2.28/4.73. %K remains below %D, signalling pronounced bearish momentum and continued appetite for lower prices. The MACD diff is negative and diverging at -2.04, with the MACD line at -4.16 below the signal line at -2.12, confirming that selling pressure continues to build.

Lnd 2nd Month Coffee Futures

Lnd Coffee 06112026

Lnd coffee futures edged higher on Thursday as buying interest around the recent lows saw prices close at 3241. Futures recovered above the 10 DMA at 3216 but remained well below the 40 DMA at 3366 and the 100 DMA at 3569. The break above the 10 DMA improves the immediate structure and suggests that support is forming around 3150–3200. However, the position beneath the longer-term moving averages maintains the broader bearish trend and leaves substantial resistance above the market.

The stochastics are rising, with %K/%D diverging on the upside at 45.29/35.18. The bullish crossover out of oversold territory signals improving buying momentum and supports the latest recovery. However, the MACD diff remains negative at -3.05, with the MACD line at -61.65 below the signal line at -58.60. The negative differential has narrowed considerably, suggesting that selling pressure is beginning to moderate, although the broader momentum indicator has not yet confirmed a bullish reversal.

NY 2nd Month Cocoa Futures

NY Cocoa 06112026

NY cocoa futures fell sharply on Thursday as sustained selling pressure pushed prices down to close at 5290. Futures moved decisively below the 10 DMA at 5556, the 100 DMA at 5682 and the 40 DMA at 5714. The position below all three moving averages confirms a substantial deterioration in the technical structure and extends the sequence of lower highs and lower lows established since the August peak. The break below the September support region around 5400 also leaves the market testing its lowest level since early summer.

The stochastics are falling in deeply oversold territory, with %K/%D at 6.72/16.90. %K remains firmly below %D, signalling strong bearish momentum and limited appetite for higher prices, although the depressed readings leave the market vulnerable to a technical rebound. The MACD diff is negative and diverging at -34.86, with the MACD line at -92.47 below the signal line at -57.61, confirming that selling pressure continues to strengthen.

Lnd 2nd Month Cocoa Futures

Lnd Cocoa 06112026

Lnd cocoa futures fell sharply on Thursday as robust selling pressure pushed prices down to close at 4015. Futures broke decisively below the 100 DMA at 4225 and the 10 DMA at 4230, while remaining well beneath the 40 DMA at 4316. The move below all three averages confirms a marked deterioration in the technical structure and takes the market beneath the lower boundary of the consolidation range that had prevailed since July.

The stochastics are falling in deeply oversold territory, with %K/%D at 3.76/14.02. The pronounced downside divergence signals strong bearish momentum and little appetite for higher prices, although the exceptionally low %K reading indicates that the decline has become increasingly stretched. The MACD diff is negative and diverging at -31.57, with the MACD line at -55.16 below the signal line at -23.59, confirming accelerating selling pressure and supporting the weaker near-term outlook.
